Cleaning out my friend’s old HP Pavilion 522n required using ONLY the 8 recovery CD’s to reinstall Windows XP Home.
After an hour of just uninstalling the default crap I started up IE to go to Windows Update’s site and I was greeted with this.

I went to download Ubuntu for an extra computer I have and I was presented with these options. Apparently Ubuntu thinks that ordering a CD and waiting 6-10 weeks is better than waiting for 700mb even on the slowest connection.
